1. General Return Terms

Our standard return policy allows you 10 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the product must:

  • be in the same condition in which it was received;

  • not have been worn or used (only a try-on on a clean surface is allowed);

  • include all original tags and accessories;

  • be returned in its original packaging (including the shoe box, if present);

  • be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Exclusions from the Right of Return

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • products showing clear signs of use (worn-out soles, deep creases, stains, wear marks);

  • products damaged due to negligence, improper use, or lack of care, resulting in permanent and irreparable damage;

  • items returned without a prior return request.

Any returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.

3. How to Request a Return

To start a return, you must contact us before sending the product back:

In your request, please include:

  • your full name;

  • order number;

  • item(s) you wish to return;

  • reason for the return (optional, but helpful for us to improve);

  • photos of the product, if there are defects or issues.

Returns must be shipped to the following address (unless otherwise specified during the return authorization):

If your return is accepted, we will send you:

  • a return shipping label (if applicable) or instructions for shipment;

  • detailed instructions on how and where to send the parcel.

Items sent back without prior return authorization will not be accepted.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We kindly ask you to inspect your order as soon as you receive it.

Please contact us immediately if:

  • the product is defective;

  • the product was damaged during transport;

  • you received the wrong item.

Include clear photos of the issue when you contact us.
We will assess the case and offer the most suitable solution (replacement, refund, store credit, etc.).

5. Exchanges

At this time, the quickest way to receive a different item is to:

  1. Return the received item following the procedure above;

  2. Once the return has been approved, place a new order for the desired item.

This allows us to guarantee availability and clear timelines for both parties.

6. Right of Withdrawal – 14 Days (European Union)

If your order was shipped to a country within the European Union, you are also entitled – under EU consumer law – to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without having to provide justification.

The product conditions for withdrawal remain the same:

  • item in the same condition as received;

  • not worn or used;

  • all tags and original packaging included;

  • proof of purchase provided.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days, the return and refund will be handled according to this policy.

7. Refund Timing and Methods

Once we receive your return, we will:

  • inspect the product to verify its condition and compliance with the return policy;

  • notify you by email of the outcome (approval or refusal of the refund).

If your refund is approved:

  • the refund will be issued within 10 business days using the original method of payment (unless technically impossible);

  • additional time may be required for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since our refund confirmation and you still have not received the amount, please contact us.

8. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping methods and costs (whether borne by you, by us, or deducted from the refund) will be specified during the return authorization process, based on:

  • the reason for the return (defect, wrong size, change of mind, etc.);

  • our policies in force at the time of your request.
