1. Order Processing Times

Processing times depend on the type of product ordered.

🔹 In-stock products (ready to ship)
Orders for items available in stock are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

🔹 Made-to-order / out-of-stock products
For items made to order or purchased when not available in stock, processing times are 10–15 business days.
This timeframe is necessary because we create or produce the shoe specifically for you.

Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.

2. Delivery Times

Once your order has been processed and handed over to the courier, the estimated delivery times are:

STANDARD Shipping (Italy):
1–2 business days from dispatch

MADE-TO-ORDER Shipping (custom or out-of-stock production):
10–15 business days total, including production and shipment

Deliveries to islands or remote areas may require additional days.

⚠️ Note: Delivery times are indicative and may vary due to external factors such as weather conditions, courier delays, strikes, holidays, or peak seasons.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

destination
chosen shipping method
any active promotions

General guidelines:

Shipping within mainland Italy:
10€

Shipping to Italian islands (e.g., Sicily, Sardinia, smaller islands):
10€ + 2€ surcharge → total 12€

Free Shipping Over 100€
For orders over 100€, free shipping may be available depending on the delivery address and promotional conditions shown on the website or at checkout.

Any promotions (e.g., free shipping above a certain amount) will be clearly displayed on the Site or during checkout.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing:

the courier’s name
the tracking number

You can monitor your delivery status directly on the courier’s website using the provided link.

If you do not receive the confirmation email, please check your spam/promotions folder or contact us.

5. Delivery Issues

Please contact our customer service if:

your order does not arrive within the estimated timeframe
the tracking has not updated for several days
the package is marked as delivered but has not been received
the package appears lost

6. International Shipping

For orders shipped outside Italy:

delivery times vary depending on the destination country and customs regulations
any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the customer's responsibility and are non-refundable
customs clearance procedures may extend delivery times and are outside our control

Any countries excluded or special international rates will be shown at checkout if applicable.

7. Changing the Shipping Address

After the order is confirmed, a change of shipping address is possible only if the package has not yet been handed over to the courier.

If you entered an incorrect address or wish to change the delivery location:

contact us as soon as possible via email or WhatsApp
we will confirm whether the change is still possible

If the order has already been shipped, the address cannot be modified.
In case of failed delivery or return to sender, we can reship the package, with any additional shipping costs charged to the customer.
